Over the past 15 years, we have developed and delivered scores of
products and services for our client organizations.
Examples of those include:
- EPA Learning Management System – The US EPA needed a better system to manage and deliver learning for 40,000 environmental enforcement professionals. We designed and developed a online learning management system that greatly reduced administration burden and increased learning delivery.
- MSNV Operations System – The Montessori School of Northern Virginia needed a better system to manage their student applications, enrollments, and alumni. We lead them through a workflow analysis process and created a better process for them to follow as well as a database-driven application to support it. The resulting system greatly improved efficiency and information sharing across the organization.
- HR Systems Development Facilitation – AOL Human Resources needed to identify and organize the systems they used to support people development. We facilitated a critical analysis of current systems and services provided and then developed a new Integrated People Development System plan that became part of the blueprint for a subsequent transformation of HR systems at AOL.
- Succession Planning System – AOL People Development needed a better way to manage their succession planning process. We performed a workflow analysis and developed a streamlined process when interview and assessment data was placed into a database for easy tabulation and data analysis.
- Change Resiliency Online Support Tool – AOL underwent a major business strategy transformation and needed to provide employees with change management support. We developed an online application that assessed how the employee was progressing through adjusting to the change and provided them tools and guidance to navigate the change successfully.
- Leading Change Workshop - Based on a workshop originally developed and delivered for AOL, this workshop leads managers though the change process and gives them practical tools they can use to lead their teams though organizational or strategic changes. (Note that these workshops can integrate the Change Resiliency tool above to create a comprehensive change management program for the whole team.)
- AOL Corporate Strategy Blog – As part of its major business strategy transformation, AOL needed a way to engage employees in a dialogue about the change. We took just fifteen days to form a team from across the organization to design and implement a Weblog that allowed everyone across the company to easily post and respond to information on a spectrum of transformation-related topics.
- Web 2.0 University™ Learning Programs – Hinchcliffe and Company needed to develop their extensive knowledge of Web 2.0 and Enterprise 2.0 into world-class learning events. We worked with them to refine their topics and learning objectives. We then designed and delivered immersive, practical learning events that continue to win high praise from over 1,400 participants (see http://www.web20university.com for more information).
- Diversity 2.Open: Delivering Competitive Advantage – We are currently working with the SVP of Diversity at AOL to develop a practical, ROI-focused learning event that illustrates how diversity drives innovation and innovation drives competitive advantage. It will explain how to build a team of perspective-diverse people from inside and outside your organization and how to then leverage that team to foster innovation.
- FMLA Management – Children’s National Medical Center needed a flexible solution for administering their Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) program. We developed a process and relationship to administer their program at a greatly reduced cost while ensuring efficient processing, employee privacy and outstanding customer service.
