Julie Kelly, PHR, is the President of Concerted Solutions. She has over 15 years of experience in human resources management. A passionate HR professional, she excels in partnering with department managers to identify needs and develop solutions. Her hands-on experience includes previous roles as HR Manager, HR Director, and HR Consultant (Generalist) in the Hospitality and the Healthcare Industries. Her areas of expertise include employee benefit administration (qualified and non-qualified plans), FMLA legal compliance, compensation design and administration, executive and staff level recruitment, employee relations, and training.

Julie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and national recognition as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jeff Kelly is our Vice-President and Principal Solutions Designer. He is a highly versatile and effective, results-driven leader. His passion and expertise lies at the nexus of business strategy, technology and individual performance. He has been developing business-driven learning and performance improvement solutions for over 15 years. Jeff has been successful in a wide range of people development activities: facilitating business strategy workshops; instructional design and delivery (both classroom and Web-based); 360-degree leadership evaluations; leadership coaching; succession planning; and change management.
